请问大家:卧床应该是仰卧还是侧卧？躺多久？

没有卧床过。我都没急性期。腰疼就几天，以为是刚上环引起的不适，去看妇科拿了妇科药，吃了既然也不疼了，转到屁股不太舒服。就是这样延误了最佳治疗时间了，直到脚麻才去骨科看。

急性期是指？？？？

急性期是发作特别严重以至于不能动的时期。<br />急性期之后绝对卧床3周

我没有过急性期，但我做了正骨，也要躺3周？？？。我除了吃饭10分钟，都是在床上躺着。
是不是可以做一些蹬腿训练？

都躺6天了，真难熬呀！

不用一直躺着的，除非急性期。
还有开刀后，必须要躺一个月左右吧。
